Based on your food preferences, I'll design a customized menu plan just for you and present it for your review. On your scheduled cook day, I will grocery shop and arrive at your house with all the fresh, hand-selected ingredients, cookware, and utensils I need. All you need to provide is a kitchen sink, stove, oven, and some space in your refrigerator and freezer.
I will prepare, package, and label all of the meals and store them in high-quality, disposable containers for the ultimate in convenience. I'll leave you simple heating instructions and a clean kitchen and you'll come home to mouth-watering aromas and meals ready for you to heat and eat.

I started my culinary career about 17 years ago. Working in small restaurants and bars at first, I found out that... I loved to cook. As time went on I became better at what I did and began working in finer establishments. I started as a prep cook and worked my way up to head chef. Later, although I was already considered a chef at the time, I decided to further increase my knowledge in the kitchen, so I took time off to get a degree from Le Cordon Bleu college of culinary arts. After receiving my degree I decided to go into business for myself.
Chef Maurad Ali graduated in 2001 at the top of his class from Johnson and Wales University in North Miami, Florida. He was recognized as the youngest and most creative up and coming chef by Dining Out Magazine in 2004 and was mentioned as a rising star in fusion cuisine by Ocean Drive Magazine in 2004.
Chef Ali has worked in several well-known restaurants including the Fountain Bleau Resort in Miami Beach, Florida where he was the Chef De Cuisine. Tantra Restaurant and Lounge in Miami Beach, Florida where he was the Executive Chef. Shula's Steakhouse in Miami Lakes, Florida where he was the Executive Corporate Kitchen Manager and Chef's Allen's in Aventura, Florida.
